電気化学的手法によるチオグリコシドのグリコシルトリフラートへの変換

重要なグリコシル化反応中間体であるグリコシルトリフラートがチオグリコシドの低温電解酸化によって発生・蓄積可能であることを見出した。グルコース,ガラクース,マンノース由来のチオグリコシドをテトラブチルアンモニウムトリフラート(Bu4NOTf)存在下で低温電解酸化した陽極溶液の NMR 測定を行うことにより,グリコシルトリフラートの生成が確認出来た。また,電気化学的に発生させたグリコシルトリフラートの熱的安定性や糖受容体との反応も検討した。
