台湾の天然ヨシエビにおけるホワイトスポット病

• 　台湾の天然ヨシエビにおけるホワイトスポット病ウイルスの(WSDV)感染を調べた。ヨシエビでは他の養殖エビにみられた甲皮の白斑は認められなかった。中・外胚葉起源の種々の組織で壊死細胞に肥大した核が認められた。封入体は認められなかった。電顕観察により肥大した核に221±6nm×107±7nmの大きさの棹状の被嚢したウイルスが観察された。Dig 標識のプローブを使った in situ ハイブリダイゼーションにより肥大した核に陽性反応が認められた。PCR により本ウイルスはクルマエビ類の WSDV と遺屯的に類似していると考えられた。
