Monitoring and improving process in EEC through Self-Study encompasses the creation of evaluation tools for, as well as the evaluation of, course content and syllabus. An analysis of the course content and syllabus resulted from a survey to determine the effectiveness of the objectives, design and execution of the courses English III to V. Analyzing the courses' content and syllabus is an integral part of the program. Teachers created the items of the questionnaires to which they responded. The resulting data for course content and syllabus is presented in graphs. The survey and analysis not only allowed teachers to give feedback concerning their practices, but also, to present their concerns and suggestions for improvement of the courses. It is expected that the data will show areas of strengths and weaknesses. As a result, EEC has a wealth of data that can be considered when plans are being made towards meeting the program's goals and learner's needs.
