Monitoring and improving processes in Essential English Center (EEC) through self-study resulted in EEC teachers' analysis of tests and quizzes for the courses English III, IV and V. Since the EEC aims to prepare students to achieve a score of at least 300 on the TOEIC, evaluating teacher-prepared quizzes and tests are of particular importance. Quizzes and tests accounts for 80% of students' grades. Students take a quiz at each class period and two tests in each course. It is expected that students earn their grade incrementally rather than on a few tests thereby fostering continuous studying and engagement with the instructional material. In order to evaluate this area EEC teachers created the items for the questionnaires for quizzes and tests themselves, and later responded to them in a survey. The survey and analysis of quizzes and tests cultivated teacher feedback to specific items. Also, it allowed teachers to present suggestions for quizzes and tests. The data for the quizzes and tests are represented on charts. It is expected that the data will show areas of strengths and weaknesses. As a result, EEC has a wealth of data that can be considered when plans are being made towards meeting the program's goals and learners' needs.
