Precise measurement of the temperature dependence of electrostriction has been carried out on single crystal samples of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 below and above the Curie temperature using a newly developed sample holder The polarization-related electrostrictive $Q$ coefficients decrease gradually with an increase in temperature, and do not exhibit any significant changes around the average Curie Temperature of 130°C. The $Q$ coefficients determined near 160°C are as follows: $Q_{11}{=}3.43\times 10^{-2}$[m4C-2], $Q_{12}{=}1.52\times 10^{-2}$ [m4C-2], and $Q_{44}{=}1.74\times 10^{-2}$[m4C-2].
