Cubic-shaped EuS nanocrystals of about 14 nm were prepared by the thermal reduction of an Eu(III) complex and their aggregations in methanol were observed by dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements. The average size of the aggregations was $488\pm 39$ nm. Three-dimensional (3D) optical trapping and the arrangements of EuS aggregations were demonstrated using a Nd:YAG laser for the first time.
