マンモグラフィ検診の検証（５）石川県の方式と成果

石川県では平成11年に3町をパイロットモデルとしてマンモグラフィ併用乳がん検診を開始し，平成16年より全市町村でマンモグラフィ併用検診が実施されている。平成19年度までの石川県の検診成績を検討した。平成11年度～19年度のマンモグラフィ併用乳がん検診の受診者は131,115名，要精検率13.8％，精検受診率89.3％，がん発見率0.30％，早期がん比率67.9％であった。石川県では読影医の選定における細かい配慮や，検診機関と読影医，また検診機関どうしの優れたチームワーク，撮影技師の検診読影現場への深い介入などにより検診の精度向上に努力している。これらの特徴を今後も活かしながら，受診者の増加にどう対応していくかが今後の課題である。
