• The title compounds were prepared, and their <SUP>1</SUP>H- and <SUP>13</SUP>C-NMR spectra were examined. On the basis of the data for the benzene–solute collision complexes and the magnitudes of the γ shifts, five isomeric conformations of the compounds were discussed.
