When hydrated sodium molybdenum bronze, VD, was heated in air, dehydration as well as both irreversible and reversible phase changes took place as follows:<BR>Na0.22(H2O)0.43H0.03MoO3.11\xrightarrow442 KNa0.21H0.03MoO3.14\xrightarrow555 KNa2Mo4O13+MoO3\xrightarrow801 Kmelt.
