Vapor-pressure depressions and electric conductivities have been measured for bis(tetraalkylammonium) electrolytes in methanol, ethanol, and 2-propanol. The analysis of the data of vapor pressure osmometry (VPO) of these bolaform salts was carried out taking into account the two-step dissociation equilibrium as follows.<BR>M2++2X-\underset<I>K</I>dI\rightleftarrowsMX++X-\underset<I>K</I>dII\rightleftarrowsMX2<BR>In each solvent, the ionic association constants, <I>K</I>aI and <I>K</I>aII (<I>K</I>a=1⁄<I>K</I>b), tend to decrease with increasing ionic size. This tendency is greater in <I>K</I>aI than in <I>K</I>aII. The <I>K</I>aII values of bis(tetraalkylammonium) electrolytes show virtually no dependence on the dielectric constant of solvent. On the contrary, the values of <I>K</I>aII strongly depend on the dielectric constant of solvent. Using the values of <I>K</I>aI and <I>K</I>aII in 2-propanol, the ultrasonic relaxation data were analyzed.
