Blood flow of replanted digits for three weeks after microvascular anastomoses was analyzed by the use of plethysmography and thermography.(Results) Cases of completely amputated digits show approximately half flow of normal digits initially and then more marked decrease at three weeks. Incompletely amputated cases show higher flow than completely amputated cases Trouble cases show lower flow than no trouble cases immediately after replantation.
