• The physiological and roentgenographic evaluations were taken at them, who had been treated for congenital hip dislocation from 1951 to 1957 in our clinic. Anatomical healing rate was only 24%.Followed conditions were necessary to get good results.1) unilateral cases.2) treated at 1 year old.3) none or mild degree of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.A rate of avascular necrosis of the femoral head was 58%.
