• We present the case of a five-year-old boy with a metastatic neuroblastoma of the left femur. At first, he was diagnosed as having osteomyelitis and treated with chemotherapy for about one month. But he did not recover. Following bone marrow puncture, he was diagnosed as having metastasis of neuroblastoma. After extirpation of the adrenal gland and cis-platin administration, the bone lesion healed and no recurrence has been observed after two years.
