Fracture of the posterior process of talus has been reported mainly as one of the sport injuries in the ankle. Fracture of the medial tubercle of the posterior process of talus is a rare injury. We experienced such a injury. We used the computed axial tomography (CAT) scan for it and obtained the useful information. Initially, we chose the plastic cast immobilization for the patient, but her symptoms did not improve. We, therefore, excised the fractured fragment. At follow up she was well satisfied.
