• This paper is a report on two cases of tuberculous tenosynovitis. This disease is a less common, and preoprative diagnosis is very difficult. One case, the patient was a 73 years old man, the synovectomy was performed and histological diagnosis was tuberculous tenosynovitis, At 1.5 years after operation, the patient had no diability. Another case was a 69 years old woman who had 5 years' history of swelling of the hand with crepitus. The synovectomy was performed and histological diagnosis was tuberculous tenosynovitis.
