概要

• Twenty-one patients with fractures of the lower end of the radius were investigated.The results were as follows:1) The cases with good anatomical results showed good functional results, whereas the clinical results were not so poor as the X-ray findings.2) Percutaneus Kirschner wire fixation was considered to be desirable for the unstable fractures.3) The best position for maintaining normal alignment and minimizing deforming forces is supination.
