A 31-year-old man presented with right groin pain after slight trauma. Radiographs revealed an osteolytic lesion in the right pubic bone. An open biopsy was performed and pathological findings were consistent with pubic osteolysis. We reviewed the literature of pubic osteolysis and found 33 previous cases. Although the etiology of the pubic osteolysis is not certain, we thought that it was very likely to be nonunion in our patient.
