• a. Positive tuberculin-anergie guinea-pigs show the highest anticutin content.<BR>b. Guinea-pigs made allergic by the infection of tubercle bacillus contain less anticutin in their serum than those above described.<BR>c. Non-infected animals contain the least.<BR>If we assume with Löwenstein and Pickert that anticutin content can be used as a measure of the capacity of immunity, or with Singer that among the latent or good-natured form of tuberculosis the anticutin content is generally high, then we may be justified in stating that the present positive tuberculin-anergic guinea-pigs reveal immune power.
