The following results were obtained by the investigation of the blood of positive tuberculin anergic guinea pigs.<BR>a. No appreciable change is observed in the number of erythrocytes or in haemoglobin content.<BR>b. Total number of leucocytes is increased.<BR>c. Neutrophiles leucocytes decrease in percentage but their absolute number suffers little change.<BR>d. The number of lymphocytes and eosinophiles leucocytes increase appreciably.<BR>e. No notable change in the number of basophilous leucocytes is observed.<BR>f. The number of mononuclear cells increases, if at all, very slightly. These facts suggest that from the observations of blood the positive tuberculin anergic guinea pigs display no unfavourable symptom.
