悪性黒色腫の穿刺吸引螢光法 (fine needle aspiration fluorescence method) による術前診断法の試み

悪性黒色腫の術前診断法として病巣表面からのスタンプ螢光法が唯一のものと思われるが, 適用は湿潤性・隆起性病変に限られる。今回, われわれは黒色腫の非潰瘍性病変の術前診断法として穿刺吸引螢光法を開発した。黒色腫原発例1例, 皮膚転移例4例と黒色腫と鑑別を要する, 主として色素性腫瘍21例を被検材料とし, 23あるいは27Gの注射針をもって穿刺吸引標本を作製し, これにformaldehyde gas処理を行い, 螢光顕微鏡下に観察した。黒色腫全例で多数の螢光性腫瘍細胞が確認されたが, 非黒色腫例では陰性の成績であった。以上の結果から, 本法は原発巣であれ, 転移巣であれ, 黒色腫の術前診断法として有用な方法であると考えられた。
