In this article, the syntheses of nucleoside by chemical or enzymatic transglycosylation method are reviewed. Particularly, the synthesis of purine arabinosides and purine 2-amino-2-deoxyribosides by combination of chemical reaction and enzymatic transglycosylation reaction is reported.
