概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Lytic enzyme activity was found in the purified virion of double-stranded RNA bacteriophage φ6 of Pseudomonas phaseolicola. This activity increases after treatment of phage particles with non-ionic detergent Triton X-100 or with chloroform.
