Four new hemiterpenoid glucosides, woorenosides VI-IX, two new phenylpropanoid glucosides, woorenosides X and XI, and a new acacetin glycoside, woorenoside XII were isolated from the fresh rhizomes of Coptis japonica var. dissecta, together with clemastanin B, (+)-pinoresinol 4,4'-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside, methyl 3-(4'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-lactate, methyl 4-O-feruloyl-quinate and methyl 5-0-feruloyl-quinate. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical evidences.
