Hybrid optical wireless networks present the future-proof solution to the high speed and high reliable wireless communication infrastructure. Purposing to increase the network throughput under the high reliability, we proposed a dynamic TDMA scheme for FSO/RF Hybrid wireless networks. Our proposed scheme could change the frame length and arrange the slots according the number of the active users. It allowed that the optical transmitter could provide the service only to the active users and when the user could not get the service by optical channel, the service would be provided on RF channel. By employing this scheme the throughput of the hybrid networks would be increased.
