Interconnected porous scaffold take advantage of promoting bone cell migration and differentiation. So we manufactured in shape of interconnected pore with HA Cell culture studies were done on the scaffold composed by HA powder and using MC3T3-E1 mouse osteoblast-like cell line. MTT assay was done to evaluate the effect of cytotoxicity and cell proliferation.
