The purpose of this study was to develop functional resin that composed of 4-META/MMA-TBB with antibiotic-drug delivery system using biodegradable nanoparticles as carriers for dental application. The bovine serum albumin (BSA) nanoparticle loaded with vancomycin was fabricated using the nanoprecipitation method. The produced nanoparticles were successfully incorporated and well dispersed into the resin and allowed sustained release of vancomycin (VM) from nanoparticles-based resin.
