The aim of this research was cultivated fashion technology and skill of 17 school students (high school. University, college special school). For this, Fashion Design Conferences were held four times. To produce fashion products, 10 types of different fabrics were distributed. This year's theme is "The Source ~ ORIGIN". This show gained the supports and sponsor many organizations. 89 works were produced. The results of the research were demonstrated in the fashion show at Gifu City Culture and Industry Center on 3 August 2008. Posters, flyers, and audio etc. were made mainly by the students. Many citizens, and students watched this fashion show, this show succeeded. After this show, the significance of its fashion show was evaluated in order to validate the results of this project through the questionnaires to 17 educational institution. As a qualitative assessment, the effect of higher education was recognized.
