The purpose of this research is to verify the Organizational Rejuvenation Model statistically. The correlation between the two variables (manager's leadership behavior and psychological empowerment) in an explaining variable and an objective variable (rejuvenating the organization) on this model was statistically tested. The relationship between the dimension of "mentoring" of the manager's leadership behavior in an explaining variable and the dimension of "satisfaction in terms of the interpersonal relationships" of rejuvenating the organization in an objective variable had the strongest correlation (0.616). The relationship between the dimension of "competence" of a psychological empowerment in the explaining variable and the dimension of "innovation" of rejuvenating the organization in the objective variable had the strongest correlation (0.724). The relationship between the two variables in an explaining variable and an objective variable has been calculated with the results of this analysis. In addition, in order to assess the validity of this model, the verification was conducted. As a result, the validity was verified.
