Since the University Council of the Ministry of Education was founded in 1987, the Graduate School education has been reformed and enriched together with the amendments of the Establishment Standards of Graduate School through a series of formal reports. In this paper, I will focus on the Graduate School of Business Administration (hereinafter "Business School") and discuss the details and examples of structural reforms of the management education. Beginning with the establishment of the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies at Waseda University in April 1998, I will start the thesis by explaining its concept, educational methods, and new methodology, followed by the comparison of the management education between the Waseda University and Keio Gijuku University. Then, I will make some suggestions regarding new directions of the management education, focusing on the Triangle Method, the internship system and the selection by the admissions office.
