幼稚園・保育所の園長等管理職の統合保育に関する認識 : インクルーシブな保育に向けての現状と課題

In this study, to investigate the perceptions of integrated education held by directors of institutions of early childhood education such as kindergartens and nursery schools, we distributed a questionnaire to 165 directors, of whom 98 individuals responded. In the questionnaire, we asked about the issues concerning integrated education that must be considered in the future and issues that are being considered now; we also asked about the influence of integrated education on children with special needs, on healthy children, and on running and managing their institutions. Analysis of their answers showed that, although they frequently collaborated with consultation offices and often implemented numerous measures and programs organization-wide, few institutions devised instruction methods designed to specifically meet the needs of individual children. Many directors felt that integrated education had a positive influence on healthy children and on the management of their institutions, but some felt that it had both a positive and a negative influence.
