Letting students keep the rules may be important in moral education. Certainly we can tell good from evil in scenes of everyday life. But You can't lay down any decisive definition about that. Moral Standards get easyly out of time. In this essay, I tried to discribe problems about Moral in the perspective of the growth and real existence of PSYCHE reported by biologists. I think Moral education as implanting certain virtues into students' mind is practically not effective and substantially meaningless. I suggest here a kind of communicative training based on the General Semantics from USA.
