豚から分離されたSalmonella enterica血清型Typhimuriumにおける抗生物質耐性の表現型とインテグロンの評価(公衆衛生学)

豚から分離され同定されたSalmonella enterica血清型Typhimurium (S. Typhimurium)が抗生物質耐性パターンと臨床的に重要なクラス1と2のインテグロンについて解析された.さらに,大部分のSalmonella enterica血清型Typhimurium definitive type 104 (DT104)で記載されているように,アンピシリン,クロラムフエニコール,ストレプトマイシン,スルファメソキサゾール,テトラサイクリン,フロルフェニコール(ACSSuTF)耐性を示すS. Typhimurium分離株がポリメラーゼ連鎖反応により解析された.すべての分離株が4種以上の抗生物質に耐性で,ストレプトマイシンに最も耐性が高く(94.1%),次いでテトラサイクリン(90.1%),アンピシリン(64.7%),クロラムフェニコール(56.8%),ゲンタマイシン(54.9%)の順であった.10分離株のMIC値はシプロフロキサシンに対して0.125-2μg/mlの範囲であった.使用されたベータラクタム系薬剤の内,1株のみがシフチオフルに耐性(MIC8μg/ml)を示した.これらの多剤耐性(MDR)のS. Typhimurium分離株の68%が1kb (aadA)または2kb (dhfrXII-orfF-addA2)の耐性遺伝子カセットを持つ臨床的に重要なクラス1のインテグロンを保有していた.本研究は豚において臨床的に重要なクラス1のインテグロンを有するMDRの臨床的に重要なクラス1のインテグロンが増加している傾向を報告する.さらに,DT104以外のS. Typhimurium PTにおいてACSSuTF型の耐性の出現がPCRによる検出法における耐性遺伝子マーカーの使用に限界を与えているのかもしれない.
