紅斑性天疱瘡と診断した韓国珍島犬に, 0.03%タクロリムスを局所治療に用いた.タクロリムスの使用で徐々に改善したが,この研究が終わるまでには完全に寛解しなかった.タクロリムス治療中には臨床的あるいは検査室パラメーターにおいて逆反応はみられなかった.
