In picture coding, a pre-processing before encoding and a post-processing after decoding are very popular to reduce noise and artifacts of coding. However, they are applied independently, and, the total performance of coding is not considered. Therefore, overall coding efficiency is not increased usually. We propose a related pre and post-processing which can improve a total coding efficiency. In the proposed method, motion compensated inter-frame processing are used with relation to cancel a quantization error of coding. To realize proposed method, we use the quantization error diffusion and the control of inter-frame addition by error value. In this paper, to evaluate basic performance of the proposed method, the coding is all-intra such as Motion JPEG. In the experiments, we test the PSNR and subjective picture quality also. Improvements of PSNR are 0.2-1.1dB. Improvements of subjective picture quality are more significant.
