Complex Hadamard transform is used for making a pseudo hologram embedded in the digital watermarking. The Complex Hadamard transform used in this paper is same orthogonal transform as the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). The feature of Hadamard transform consists of Hadamard matrix that is based on ±1. Calculation of transform needs only addition and subtraction. So the processing speed is fast and a logic circuit using hardware process is easy to be made. The DFT can be reproduced with the optical system, but Hadamard transform cannot be reproduced with the one. Therefore Hadamard transform is suitable to be used for a digital. watermarking. Complex number ±I are added to Hadamard matrix in Complex Hadamard transform. Then, StirMark Bench Mark is used for making digital watermarking. And it is used to compare the digital watermarking using Hadamard transform with Complex Hadamard transform. The domination of this method was clarified.
