There are some kind of observation, such as bright field, dark field, fluorescence and polarizing, in the optical microscope. Usually an optical microscope has complicated optics. By using a general digital camera and aspheric lens that is designed high-performance, it is possible to make optics and observation easy. The photograph that is taken by this equipment is nearly equal with optical microscope in fine pixels and high power. And it keeps a characteristic of observation. With the downsizing of the equipment, the lighting system is designed simple and hi-performance. The recent digital camera has high-performance, so it is possible to take a clearly and fine photograph.
