Objective lens designed by us consists of only one aspheric lens so the size of it is compact and the lens has high depth of field in high magnification. Due to characteristics of the lens, the work distance from object to lens is comparatively long, therefore using this lens with the CCD camera devices helps to obtain a real time image with high depth and high magnification. Whole CCD system can be very simple because we need to use only one objective lens. In this study, we obtained the image mainly on the seawater including microbes to observe the three-dimensional actions of objects (a minimum size about one micron in diameters). An experiments of using our objective lens with a digital camera and camera of mobile phone are researched. These methods make it possible to obtain a high power images easily by means of these general devices.
