The aspheric lens, designed by us has high depth of field in high magnification so using this lens with the CCD camera devices help to obtain a real time image with high depth and high magnify- cation. Several devices such as dark-field lighting, fluorescence were developed to obtain the original images of each device with an exchange of the light source and structure, which matches this lens. This study obtained the image mainly on the seawater as under water microbe in a vessel to observe the three-dimensional actions of objects (a minimum size about one micron in diameters). The device using the lens as a one of a camera in a mobile phone and a part attached to digital camera are researched and developed now. These methods make it possible to obtain a high power images easily by means of these devices.
