Study on Slags of CaO-SiO_2-Fe_2O_3 System by Mossbauer Spectroscopy

The behaviours of Fe ions in the slags of CaO-SiO_2-Fe_2O_3 system were studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The results obtained suggest that especially ferric ions not only form some complex anions but also change the coordination state with the composition of the slag and partial oxygen pressure.
