In our investigation into the urgent problem of moral in the school education, I have laid a stress on the role of the concepts of moral (proceeding issue 1). Under the concepts of moral, we must especially take notice of the concept of 'right', because in the greater part of education of moral, right is treated as the basic requisite for the understanding of moral. So we have analyzed the concept of right by J. Rawls and Aristotle, and asserted that the problem of right does not belong to moral but to civic education. The urgent problem of moral is not related to right but to the 'self in itself'. Subsequently we must inquire the problem of the self, and make clear the inner side of mind by the self. On this problem one of the most efficient discussion is given by Kant's "reflective philosophy". In his "Critic of Judgement", he discussed the importance of the concept of 'reflective judgement', and above all the judgement of 'beauty' and 'end' for the understanding of the inner activity of mind. So we'll try if these concepts give an effective account for the elucidation of the self and for the problem of the crisis of the mind by children. From this point of view, we will ask the following issues ; 6 right and moral 7 on the concept of ethics by Aristotle 8 on the moral of reflexion: an alternative by Kant 9 on the world of reflective moral
