• Today's house building consists by the operation to assemble nearly 30, 000 components served by the various traders who take charge of foundation work, construction, electrical work, plumbing, and others allotting each process. In addition, as the construction site is located in the town, building operations are influenced easily by the position with vicinity houses, road conditions, the weather and other environments. Therefore, in order to make the construction advance smoothly, the information of its progress is important, and it is a severe issue for each building company to get the accurate information from the site timely. When we are going to solve it with computer system, there are two difficult problems: one is how to make the site workers use the system who are generally unfamiliar to information equipments and another is how to make the secure environment to access host computer of the company. In this paper, we take up a certain system using browser phones as an example, and discuss these subjects and solutions concretely.
