Effects of metalloid content on saturation magnetization, reduced magnetization vs. temperature curve, Curie temperature, crystallization temperature, initial permeability and coercivity have been studied for varying metalloid contnet over wide range in amorphous Fe-Si-B alloys. It has been found that alloys with about 74 at. % iron and 14 at. % boron have good structural stability and small temperature dependence of magnetic properties as well as soft-magnetic properties. DC magnetic properties of Fe_<74>Si_<12> B_<14> alloy are similar to those of Deltamax or Square Permalloy.
