Ishidagawa river of a study field is on an alluvial fan, which is a good many spring points as a water head of Ishidagawa river. By the way, spring water head to disaster of floods a case of heavy rain. In the stydy, we have been observed about ground water level of wells, spring discarge at the Ishidagawa basin, due to make prove about fluctuation of ground water level, run-off of spring. As a result of following ; (1) It was topographically that ground water run-off is easily happened, in the altitude of 55m point near here. (2) Fluctuation of ground water levels on the well was classified into three kind of it's phenomenon. (3) The delay times of ground water levels go up were assumed to be a propagation time, as a result of propagation velocity is very early speed. (4) Although spring runoff was calculated by the tank model, was not in agreement with real data. (5) Although the rain is dominate on the spring runoff, it was guessed that change of the spring runoff is due to an atomospheric pressure fall after the rain.
