A spatial reconstruction program for bubble chamber picture analysis was modified to spatially reconstruct streamer chamber pictures of high energy heavy ion reactions where reaction vertices were invisible. The performance of the program was tested with some sample pictures of high energy heavy ion reactions in a steamer chamber and was found to be quite adequate. Some physical analyses were attempted with the date to explore the possibilities and limitations of studying high energy heavy ion reactions with a steamer chamber, and it was concluded that with reasonable assumptions and judicious cuts on data, meaningful physics analyses of the gross features of these reactions are possible.
