Diamond Anvil Pressure Cell and Pressure Sensor for High-Temperature Use

A new modification of the diamond anvil pressure cell was made for high-temperature and high-pressure use. After this modification, a high temperature of up to 700℃ could be obtained at a pressure of up to 7 GPa. Various sensor materials for pressure measurement at high temperatures were also investigated. It was found that YAG: Eu^<3+> is a suitable crystal as a pressure sensor at high temperatures.
