概要

• The colour dimorphism in Masakimyia pustulae is discussed. The results of intra- and intertypic crosses seem to fit simple Mendelian ratios. The geographical distribution of the colour types is given and compared with that of the gall dimorphism. Yearly fluctuations in the relative abundance of the colour types are studied in some localities.
