Gall generation of a nipponaphidine aphid Indonipponaphis fulvicola was examined for attacking behavior. When lepidopteran larvae were introduced into the galls, they were aggressively attacked by a number of 1st instar nymphs. No remarkable morphological differences were recognized between attacking and non-attacking 1st instar nymphs. It was suggested that 1st instar span of gall inhabitants is extremely prolonged.
