JAXA started to research and develop the MicroLabSat-II in fully swing from July, 2003. MicroLabSat-II is a 50kg-class three-axis stabilization satellite. The main objectives of MicroLabSat-II project are to achieve highly functional micro-satellite bus system and demonstrate various technologies for future multi-satellite mission. This paper reports the overview of the MicroLabSat-II project and status of research and development of system/subsystem of the MicroLabsat-II.
