A Novel Black-Aluminum Deposition System For CRT

A novel black-aluminum(B-A1)deposition system with a booster pump and a variable setting of starting pressure has been developed. It can maintain the consistency of the B-A1 panel from different evaporation times and reduce the time for exhausting the evaporate chamber. The technical difficulties of continual fabrication B-A1 panel have been solved. The performances of Purity-Drift(PD)and beam landing of the B-A1 CRT are better than conventional CRTs.
