Transfructosylated derivatives of cyclofructans (CFs) were synthesized using enzymes from Bacillus subtilis MCI-2834. The structures of the transfer products were analyzed by FBMS spectrometry and ^<13>C-NMR, and HPLC with acid- and enzymatic hydrolysis products. It has been proven that these products are novel branched-chain oligosaccharides composed of cyclohexaose and fructose residues.
